Meet our Pastor

Pastor David Dennis
Pastor David Dennis

Born in Templeton, MA, Pastor Dennis has dedicated his life to serving God and guiding others on their spiritual journey. Baptized in 1983, his passion for ministry has shaped his path ever since.

He began his academic journey studying civil engineering at the University of Lowell but soon felt the call to ministry. He went on to earn his degree from Atlantic Union College (1986) and later graduated from the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University (1988).

With a heart for service, Pastor Dennis pastored in the Southern New England Conference before joining the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference in 2023. His ministry has also extended beyond the church walls—he served as a Naval Chaplain with the United States Marine Corps for 10 years, providing spiritual support and guidance to those in the military.

Beyond his pastoral duties, Pastor Dennis is an avid runner who has completed 13 full marathons and over 60 half marathons. He finds joy in the discipline of running, seeing it as both a physical and spiritual pursuit.

He and his wife, Charmon (Shar-mon), have been blessed with three wonderful adult children: Jeremy, Keri, and Tim. Their family continues to grow, with Keri and her husband, Sean, being the proud parents of their grandson, Colin—a true gift to their lives.

With a heart for God, a love for people, and a passion for both ministry and endurance, Pastor Dennis is dedicated to leading others closer to Christ and fostering a thriving church community.
